Headlights Made New" is a true resurfacing and restoration process.
Our headlight restoration process is not a simple cleaning, buffing, and polishing. Our procedure is a true resurfacing of the headlight lenses. We start by carefully masking the light with a quality masking tape and paper that is specially designed for us in the automotive refinishing industry. This is the first step that makes our process superior to any other product available.
The next step is to actually removed all the original coating that has deteriorated by the combination of head from the buff and the ultraviolet rays that hit your car everyday. The original coating is removed using a combination of solvents and gentle sanding. The film must be removed in order to restore the light to it's original transparent and glossy finish.
The final and most important step is the resurfacing phase. This is where our product is totally superior, and does not involve paper towels, napkins, brushes, or waxes. Our product is sprayed on the cleaned and prepared surface using professional paint HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) spray guns. The applied coating actually melts into the lense and becomes part of the light itself. The unique combination of epoxy, resins and ultraviolet protectors restore the light to a very desirable and durable finish. It not only improves the appearance of the vehicle, it significantly improves you visibility while driving at night keeping you safer in your car.
